Human Talent Management and
Organizational structure

Institutional management requires the full and active involvement of the Board of Directors, working both as a legal representative and as a cohesive group of individuals committed to the defined mission and objectives. Its members are selected on the basis of their skills, experiences, and affiliations, in order to encompass the broad range of issues, disciplines, and partnerships necessary to accomplish the goals.

The Board of Directors is directly involved through the participation of its members in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and strategic activities, especially in the search for funds and political support to the Executive Director, who is selected by the same Board of Directors to ensure accountability in following the objective and strategies for which the AMA Association was formed and instituted.

The organizational structure includes the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, the administrative-financial area, and the technical-operational area within the institutional strengthening program.

Profile of AMA's collaborators

The actions and guidelines of the collaborators of the Board of Directors, Executive Management, administrative-financial staff, technical-operational staff are governed by the Internal Quality Assurance System Manual (SGIC), Non-Discrimination Policy and Code of Ethics, and the Safeguard Policy (Organizational Protection of Children and Adolescents), both designed and published by the AMA Association, and can be downloaded in digital format for your review:
